Hailing from Detroit, Michigan, Al Bettis came to the musical life at the age of 30 when he began teaching himself guitar and writing songs. Now, he’s making regular appearances on stage at solo events and festivals alike, performing his brand of sincere, soulful R&B across the Midwest and beyond. Al joined the Taylor crew to film an Acoustic Sessions episode with his AD21e, performing "See You Again" from his 2019 EP The Listening Sessions.
