The Germanium Tumnus is our tribute to classic pedal designs, but with a unique twist. We’re diving into the world of germanium diodes, which has often been called the "key" to the original Klon circuitry’s distinctive sound. These components are no longer in production, making them quite rare, and they lend the Germanium Tumnus a unique character.
We’ve put a lot of effort into ensuring that the Germanium Tumnus captures the essence of what makes a great overdrive pedal. From its subtle nuances to its robust build, it’s been designed with the discerning guitarist in mind.
But here’s something important to keep in mind: the Germanium Tumnus is a limited edition pedal. The scarcity of the germanium diodes we’re using means we won’t be able to produce them indefinitely. So if this pedal piques your interest, now is the time to grab yourself one.
