In Episode 1, Tom explains the benefits of getting a proper setup to ensure your string height, relief and overall playability are in good order, and then demonstrates one of his favorite fingerstyle techniques where he adds percussive elements to his melodic and harmony playing with a combination of slaps, strums and fingernail integration.
