The rubber on the base is excellent as it sits on what ever surface you put it on and doesn’t slide around whatsoever,leaving you to twiddle knobs and slide faders all day with out issue. The knobs are a good size to get you fingers round and they feel pretty sturdy and very responsive. The bright orange USB cable is a genourous length also, which is really useful. I’m using it with Traktor and it was an absolute doddle to map to the MIDI. It looks great with all the coloured LEDs and the bundled software is ok to. I don’t know about any other controllers in this price range but I do know that for what this costs it really is a worthy candidate to be having in your home studio. I love it. Buy one.
