Gibraltar Hardware was launched back in 1983. Drummers were creating new styles and new techniques, but had difficulty with the stock hardware that drum manufacturers were producing. Drummers asked for custom solutions but they were expensive; and once on tour, it was not easy to find replacement parts.
So we became the only single–focused hardware company in the business. Our goal was to be a large-scale custom shop providing hardware solutions for the creative needs of talented percussionists.
