On this week’s Academy Of Tone, Thomas and Kai are back to showcase the power of our Blugipedia knowledge base, and to start a new focus where we help you to achieve all of your favorite artist tones with the AMP1!
We get a lot of requests from you guys about how to sound like your favorite players, from Angus Young to ZZ Top and everything in-between. And now we’re going to do something about it!
Starting in February 2021, we are devoting a whole new area of our Blugipedia online knowledge base to helping you achieve the iconic tones you want. And we’re going to do this live on Academy of Tone! Basically, we want you to tell us your desires – what are your favorite guitar tones of all time? Who would you like to be able to sound like? Simply tell us your artists and tones of choice, and we will get to as many as we can!
Thomas and Kai will do a bunch on this show, but we will also make this a regular feature of future AOT episodes. This will not only be loads of fun – and a great learning experience for all of us, Tomas included! – but it will also give is all access to an incredible library of tones that you can simply look up for free on Blugipedia whenever you want them.
We’re also going to use this show to give you a little more insight into how the Blugipedia knowledge base actually works… and that’s where Kai comes in! As BluGuitar’s resident Blugipedia specialist, Kai is the one who adds new articles to the knowledge base, and it’s also Kai who will be adding the artist tones to the new section after Thomas creates them. Kai will demonstrate all this by adding some new Blugipedia content LIVE during the show!
As well as all this, it’s going to be another fun hangout with plenty of music and tones, and some good chat as well. Join us, and bring your top AMP1 tonal requests, and we look forward to dialing in as many with you as we can!
