For the past couple of years, a lonely Proteus Hybrid sits atop the roof of our world headquarters exposed to the elements continues to operate. As part of our rigorous testing procedures, this particular outdoor-rated hybrid moving head fixture has endured the continuous barrage of natural elements in the Southern California weather.
Zack Santana from Elation Professional’s R&D department explains how the fixture has sustained a continuous running cycle outside with water pumped over the fixture for 17,00 hours in order to test its ingress protection capabilities.
