We have used many mics at Alvarez Studios in an effort to capture the best acoustic guitar sound possible. Especially for product demos, we obsess over capturing the most natural, true-to-tone sounds on each model that we possibly can. After our recent visit with Ingram AV discussing their selection of DPA microphones (you watch the episode here: https://youtu.be/wPbImx2fB3o), we decided to do our own A/B test between three very different but very cool microphones, with a huge difference in price range.
