Introducing some of our finest synthesizers ever designed – the Behringer 2600 Blue Marvin and Gray Meanie.
Featuring carefully selected high-grade components for improved performance, a mechanical spring reverb and unicolor fader LED’s, the Behringer Blue Marvin and Gray Meanie look back at the rarest first editions of the 2600 that was released in 1971.
We further added some very useful features such as a dual filter, an additional LFO, VCO syncs, USB MIDI, and much more.
Rumoured that only 25 Blue Marvin’s and 35 Gray Meanie’s were ever made, these modern-day and authentic recreations bring you closer than ever before to these rarities that have always been so out of reach. This time, at a price within reach.
For the second episode of “Auralex Creative Spaces,” we talk to Jeff Bell – the long-time voice of @Ford Motor Company – and enjoy his dulcet-tone voice (he’d call it “gnarly”) while he talks about his start in radio broadcasting and the eventual move into voiceover work.
The Symphony ECS Channel Strip is a brilliant piece of technology. It lets you really shape your sound and it’s so simple and basic to use.
The EQ section is based on vintage 1970s three-band hardware units that sound great pretty much at any setting. The compressor is so simple it’s really quick to set up even while you are tracking. You just plug it in and you’ll get a sound almost instantly. And it even looks like one of the original Apogee converters from the 80s which is one of the things I love about it.
With the drive you can dial in anything from subtle peak taming to hot saturation to full-on crunch. It will push any track to the front of your mix.
In fact, I just used the ECS Channel Strip on a Ronnie Wood live track. He had done a guitar overdub and it just didn’t sound live enough. So, I cranked it through the ECS Channel Strip, added some compression, EQ and drive to finish it off and problem solved!

"Does the Revolution 2×2 deliver on its promise to outperform other interfaces and converters that cost way more? My answer to that question is a definite yes. There’s a level of detail here, a sense of openness, true dynamics and the richness to the sound that you don’t find with lesser pro audio products." ~ Mitch Gallagher of Sweetwater

Introducing the Revolution 2×2 by Black Lion Audio featuring Studio One Artist! Modded out of the box!
Revolution 2×2 is a USB 2 channel portable recording interface built with the most cutting edge, high-end ICs. High-end Vishay, Nichicon, and Wima capacitors are used throughout the entire circuit. All internal gain-staging has been optimized for the very lowest signal-to-noise ratio. All of the analog I/O has not only been built with the finest components, but are fully decoupled and balanced — right to the very core of the convertor! Most manufacturers do not follow this practice, and that allows extra noise contamination during both capture and playback.
